Bath time!

I just couldn't resist posting about bath time. He's just so cute and loves splashing in the water and playing w his bath toys. 

Indy and the Mokies

We had a great time visiting family in Indy, celebrating Chris and Katie's wedding and seeing Zionsville folks, visiting w B. Tibbs, watching the Packer game w Shep's GMOR and GFOR (grandmother and grandfather once removed), hanging w Dad and Jean, having Christmas dinner and giving gifts, and just plain hanging w family. So fun and relaxing!  Then we road tripped w Mom down to Spartanburg to visit Grandma and Joe. It was so good to see her and introduce Shep to his great grandmother. Next we went up to Gatlinburg w a detour to Asheville. It was beautiful and a bit nostalgic for us. We will be daydreaming of living in North Carolina/Tennessee for a long time. Gatlinburg was...well, Gatlinburg as usual. We enjoyed the Westgate resort and getting to all be together. We sure missed Val and Bob though!  We were able to do two hikes w Jeff and Emma, Mom, and all the kids.  And we did the Jumpoff w Gigi despite the Park being closed. Stuck it to the Man!  So beautiful! Up there, the leaves were turning so we did have our Fall in the Mokies.  The kids enjoyed the waterpark, the boys did their workouts, Clara did her baby thing of eating, sleeping, crying, repeat.  We all overindulged in cookies (except Mom! Amazing self-control!)  Shep is all about real food these days and his second tooth popped out without much of a fuss.   Eddie and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary (newlyweds forever!) and are more in love with each passing day. 

We love time w family and this trip did not disappoint.  We wish you all lived in Salt Lake! At least come visit soon and often :)
